Opened in 2012. This cafe/bistro in the market town of Belper Derbyshire has been transformed with extensive works from the formerly run down old Imperial Vaults pub.

Owned and run by married couple Ali, and head chef Perry Nadin. We pride ourselves on running a privately owned, independent business. We employ 20 members of staff all from the local area overseen by general manager Rosie Haynes.

The menu is filled with top quality locally sourced ingredients, made from scratch by our professional chefs who have a wealth of experience.

By day it’s a busy licenced café bistro serving champagne breakfasts, lunches, barista coffees and handmade cakes.

Nourish can be privately hired at night when it transforms into an intimate, stylish, candle-lit bar offering cocktails, amazing grazing tables and bespoke catering. Nourish also offers external catering and event styling.

In the summer you can dine al-fresco in the ‘Secret Garden’, which is set to hold mini pop up events and summer evening grill and BBQ.

The team have shown just how much can be achieved by hard work, passion, an eye for detail and a love for well-cooked, locally sourced food.

Nourish at No 44 works incredibly hard to beat gravity and rise above the status of generic town centre cafe to become something far classier. And it’s this heroic effort to do something special, and to do it with pride, that has won us some awards against some truly brilliant opposition.
